Three problems.
Three methods.

These projects show how I work with AI. I tested a design system on an AI agent, audited a live health tool and redesigned N26's login error.

AI Design System: Built for an Agent to Read

Read case study →

Cover of my AI Design System case study. I gave an AI agent the same prompt twice, and after I improved the design system, rule violations dropped from 31 to 8. Around the headline "Same prompt, better system." are the status colour tokens and the shipment detail screen the agent built.

I built a design system an AI agent could follow, had it generate a screen it had never seen, counted every rule it broke, then fixed the system. With the same prompt, violations fell from 31 to 8.

AI Symptom Checker: Accessibility Audit

Read case study →

Cover of my accessibility audit of a live UK symptom checker. An older couple uses the tool on a laptop. The audit found 5 critical and 2 moderate issues, and 2 checks passed. The error text contrast measured 2.31:1, while WCAG AA needs 4.5:1. VoiceOver read the error "Something went wrong." aloud, which passed 4.1.3.

A live UK health tool left key fields unlabeled for screen readers. I audited it with WAVE and a real VoiceOver test on iPhone: nine findings, eight design fixes.

Tools I used: WAVE, VoiceOver, Figma and Claude.

N26: Solving the Login Error

Read case study →

Cover of my N26 login error case study. Before: the app only said "An unexpected error has occurred.", a problem I traced through 8 complaints from 3 sources. After the redesign, 4 of 5 participants understood the error, up from 1 of 5, and average trust in the bank rose from 1.8 to 3.8 out of 5. A hand holds a phone showing the new error screen.

N26's login error left users guessing whether their money was safe. I traced the root cause through real user complaints, mapped the trust breakdown, and rebuilt the experience end to end.

Tools I used: Figma, Claude, Maze and Zoom.
